This development site in Foxrock required a cost effective retaining structure on its South boundary. Through early engagement with the Client and their Engineers, we developed and costed an efficient scheme consisting of a top-down wall with unpropped, rock socketed King Posts and precast concrete wall panels.

Diversion of a 300mm diameter HDPE watermain to facilitate the Church Fields Housing Scheme. Diversion route was approximately 800m in length. Works required reinstatement of roads, paths and cycle tracks.
